Pathway Programs

In partnership with BestSelf Behavioral Health and designed to provide a coordinated connected care network for TGNCNB youth and their families. Care is coordinated by a dedicated, full-time case manager.

Pathways connects TGNC youth to a free coordinated network of care. In partnership with best self, the program combined support and access, referrals, and dedicated mental health counselors.

Our goal is to remove the barriers to mental healthcare. In partnership with BestSelf Behavioral Health, GLYS offers free, affirming mental health support for LGBTQ+ youth, and their families.

All resources are vetted by train staff using trauma-informed, youth-centered practices and coordinated by a dedicated case manager.
