Trans Youth Support Group

A supportive space for transgender and gender-diverse teens to connect, share, and be themselves.

The Trans Youth Supper Stop provides a safe, affirming environment for transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse teens ages 12-21. Participants can connect with peers who share similar experiences, explore identity at their own pace, and build confidence in a space centered on respect and understanding.

Who can participate?

• Transgender, nine binary, and gender-diverse youth ages 12 -21
• Youth, who are questioning or exploring their gender identity
• No requirement to be “out” in other areas of life
• Free to attend

• A safe space to talk, listen, and be heard
• Increased confidence and self-acceptance
• Support, navigating identity, social challenges, and everyday
• Access to resources and community

GLYS does not advise minors on whether, when, and how to transition. Rather, it encourages them, as well as their parents and guardians, to seek guidance from licensed medical and mental health professionals in alignment with leading authorities and transgender health.

All groups are facilitated by trained staff using trauma-informed, youth-centered practices.
